Hi, I’m Rochelle, a trauma-informed relationship coach and creator of The R.E.N.E.W. Method.
I help women who are stuck between healing and loving — the ones who’ve been doing the work, but still don’t feel safe when love gets close.

I’ve been there: spiraling, second-guessing, and wondering if I’d ever feel safe with someone again.

Now, I help other women reset their nervous system, rebuild trust, and reclaim the kind of love that doesn’t require self-abandonment.
